IT’S ONLY MAKE BELIEVE is Conway Twitty’s story told through the eyes and heart of his children. It is a loving musical scrapbook of memories that is honest, touching, funny, heartbreaking and sincere. This production will be a musical journey of his heart, from humble beginnings to Rock and Roll Idol and all the way to a pure Country Legend.
The musical production will be created and directed by Randy Johnson, produced by Conway Twitty United, and Executive Produced by Scott Welch Management.
Always Love You and Nashville Rose Make Their Debut in the Nashville Music Garden
Nashville, Tenn.—March 7, 2008—There is no better way to welcome the start of spring than by planting flowers! The Nashville Music Garden, located at the corner of Fourth Avenue and Demonbreun in the Hall of Fame Park, is a one of a kind rose garden that will honor both singers and songwriters synonymous with Nashville’s Music Community. On Thursday, March 6, 2008, the first two roses, Always Love You and Nashville Rose, were installed in the 2,700 square-foot-honorary garden. The debut roses are only part of the Nashville Music Collection, a special collection of roses named after artists, music industry leaders and songs related to Music City. Over the coming weeks, the remaining roses including Barbara Mandrell, Amy Grant, Dolly Parton, Lynn Anderson, Elvis, Pam Tillis, Ring of Fire, Tennessee Waltz, and Rocky Top will be installed along side Always Love You and Nashville Rose.
Nashville, Tenn.--February 26, 2008--Recording artists Chris and Eric Reading, The Readings, are gearing up for Tour 4 Cure (T4C), a national acoustic concert series to benefit the Multiple Myeloma Research Foundation (MMRF). T4C was conceptualized to raise money and awareness for Multiple Myeloma, a form of blood cancer that ultimately took the life of their mother Bonnie. T4C, in partnership with Borders Book Stores and MMRF, will take place at Borders Book Stores across America and kicks off Saturday, March 29, 2008 in San Diego, Calif. FREE to the public, T4C will include performances by The Readings along with celebrity emcees and special guest performers.
