DANIEL KIRKLEY RECEIVES TREMENDOUS RESPONSE FROM MAJOR CHRISTIAN RADIO TOUR “Heavenly” The Second Single Going To AC and Inspo Radio, “My New Dawn” Going For Adds At Mainstream AC Radio Nashville, TN (July 26, 2007) ----- Classical/Pop artist, Daniel Kirkley, just completed his first major Christian radio tour that took him to ten states throughout the southwest, midwest, and southeast. Kirkley traveled almost 6,000 miles by car while visiting twenty-three radio stations promoting his new song, “Heavenly,” the second single from Let Love Win, his debut CD on Centricity Records.

The first single, “My New Dawn, reached #18 on the Christian Radio Weekly chart and is now being serviced to mainstream AC radio. Kirkley’s radio tour began in early July and started at WBDX in Chattanooga, followed by a trip back into Nashville for taping of an upcoming segment for Remix TV. Then the powerhouse singer traveled to Ohio for visits with WAKW/Cincinnati, WCVO/Columbus, WNZR/ Mt. Vernon, and The Fish in Cleveland, followed by Michigan at WCSG & WJQK in Grand Rapids and then Moody in Chicago, IL and New Life Media Network/Joliet, IL. Kirkley then headed to Indiana for visits at WHPZ/South Bend and WLAB/Ft. Wayne before going to Missouri for trips to KHZR/St. Louis and KCVO/Camdenton. Oklahoma was the next stop with a morning performance at the CBS TV affiliate in Tulsa, KOTV/Six In The Morning, followed by a visit at KXOJ Radio. Arkansas was the next stop at KLRC/lSiloam Springs and KZKZ/Ft. Smith before heading to Texas where Kirkley performed live on the Jon & Sherry Rivers morning show on KLOVE, followed by visits at KLTY/Dallas, KSWP/Lufkin, and KPEZ/Austin. The two-week trip wound up with visits at WCLN/Fayetteville, NC, WBFJ/Winston-Salem, NC, and WCQR/Johnson City, TN. "Over the past couple of weeks, I have had the privilege of traveling around and meeting the radio staff at a number of Christian stations across the country, says Kirkley. “It's always such a joy to fellowship with my fellow brothers and sisters. For me though, this trip had an additional blessing...I was able to witness how these men and women partner & invest so personally into the lives of their community! Seeing their faithfulness with the ministry God has given them was a wonderful thing." “Heavenly,” has already received three early adds at KXOJ (Tulsa, OK), WCVK (Bowling Green, KY), and WGRC (Williamsport, PA) before the radio promo trip and more adds are expected soon.
