Vietnam spins 'Silk' into Oscar material |

BUSAN, South Korea -- Vietnam has chosen 'The White Silk Dress' as its submission to the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences for the best foreign-language film Oscar, a producer familiar with the country's selection committee said on Thursday.
