The Jokers Wild Band is holding a benefit concert on Saturday, November 17th, at Fatso's Sports Garden (1704 Bandera Rd), in San Antonio, TX, for Gregoria (Goya) Flores. Goya, mother of the band's lead singer, Mario, has been battling Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma cancer and is in need of a costly but life saving bone marrow transplant. With the charitable support of Fatso's Sports Garden, this benefit concert is being held to help Goya with the high costs of this medical procedure.

Donations can also be made to San Antonio Credit Union (210-932-4444). Make checks payable to "Gregoria F. Flores Cancer Fundraiser."

"Please Catch Me," Jokers Wild's second single from their upcoming From Texas With Love cd, is an up-tempo country tune and was written by co-producer and keyboardist Buck Aaron Thomas and lead guitarist Gary Wayne Zaiontz. "If you are so totally in love with that special somebody that they take your breath away every time they enter the room, then this is your song!" says Buck. The Jokers Wild Band, a 6-piece country / rock band, based in San Antonio, Texas, was formed in the first quarter of 2002 and has since entertained crowds from South Texas to Northern Montana. In 2006, Jokers Wild was honored to perform for former President George Bush, Sr.
