29 year old hip hop rapper, Lil"Kim was found gulity on Friday of conspiracy and perjury for protecting her posse She was acquitted of the obstruction of justice charge which was the most serious charge that she faced.
Kim who is set to release a new record with Atlantic records this year declined to comment on the verdict. Kim and her assistant Montique Dopwell, was also found guilty on the same charges. Kim and Dopwell face up to 20 years in a federal lockup when they are sentenced on June 24.
