BY THE ABC SHOW, “EXTREME HOME MAKEOVER”
Dade City, FL (November 20, 2007) ----- Country’s super duo, The Bellamy Brothers, recently made a fan’s dream come true. Victor Marrero and his family taped an episode of the ABC Television hit show, “Extreme Home Makeover,” which aired this past Sunday.
After the filming was completed, Marrero told the production crew how he was a big fan of The Bellamy Brothers. When Howard and David got the information they immediately sent Marrero an autographed guitar, autographed copy of their latest CD, “Jesus Is Coming,” and an autographed photo. Marrero was shocked and thrilled to receive the personalized gifts from the duo.
“You have no idea how I felt when I got the guitar, CD, and photo,” exclaims Victor Marrero. “I love the guys for sending me an early Christmas present and my favorite song on the album is ‘Old Hippie III (Saved).’ I will always be grateful for what The Bellamy Brothers have done for me and I will always treasure these items. I hope to meet Howard & David one day soon so I can shake their hands. They have a new family here in Camden, New Jersey.”
The Bellamy Brothers had hoped to deliver the gifts to Marrero in person but a conflict in their schedule wouldn’t allow a trip to New Jersey anytime soon. However, the duo hope to meet their new friend, Victor Marrero, sometime in the near future.
