In 1998, the Portuguese colony of Macau is on the verge of reverting back to Chinese rule. In this uncertain environment, two Hong Kong hit men are sent to kill a man who has left a vicious crime family so that he can raise his family in peace. But the assassins' job is put into jeopardy when two more killers show up on the scene to take them out before they can fulfill their mission.
