Texan Got "Music Fever" After Winning Eighth-Grade Talent Show

Nashville, TN (March 11, 2008) - Texas recording artist Jeff Griffith snags the "Who's New" feature in the March 24 issue of Country Weekly magazine, in stores now. Griffith and CW columnist Chris Neal discussed everything from recording Jeff's debut album, IF IT AIN'T ONE THING IT'S ANOTHER, with producer Joe Stampley, to his musical influences -Vern Gosdin, George Jones, Hank Williams, Jr. The tell-all surprise? Jeff got "music fever" when he won an eighth-grade talent show singing "Johnny B. Goode."
